![]() We have our own studio set up and headquarters in Overland, MO. My true passion is when I’m able to push youth & adult artists from my own personal record label Ntegrity Music Records ( Nteg.Shop). ![]() I’m the lead engineer at my Church West Side MBC where I engineer the sound every Sunday. Engineering is something I’m good at and I kind of got into it by default. I’ve engineered for major corporations like McCarthy, Procter & Gamble products, & Enterprise Holdings. I’ve engineered for a multitude of events (live and studio). I’m also an artist in residence, producer, and lead engineer for a non-for-profit called Saint Louis Story Stitchers you can find out more info about them at. I’m on-air every day at the radio station call Boost 95.5 we play positive pop and hip-hop hits, we’re nationally syndicated in seven cities to find out more head to. I graduated valedictorian with the highest GPA in the school’s history from the Ex-Treme Institute By Nelly/Vatterott which used to be in downtown St. Today, I’m considered a National Christian hip-hop artist, national radio personality, author, teacher/mentor, record label executive, and entrepreneur. It’s these decisions that started the path I stand on today. That reflected my earlier years but the life that I was moving into reflected a rich, faith-filled, purposeful lifestyle. My lyrics consisted of flashy fast-paced, drug-selling, womanizing content. As time passed I started to embrace my faith more, realizing that the concept of my lyrics didn’t quite match up with the lifestyle I was seeking. Throughout my later teenage years, as I grew older, I started to notice a lot of the injustices around me, a lot of my friends catching cases and losing a very close cousin/big brother to gun violence. This gave me vast touring knowledge, production & engineering experience, & a 1st hand look at the ends and outs of the music industry. We were under the management of a promotional company called To The Point Promotions founded by Mary Moore. Watching them freestyle in front of me at a young impressionable age gave me the confidence to try it! What really put my wheels on the tracks though is when I was 16, I joined a four-man hip-hop duo called Down and Dirty. My mom listened to blues, p-funk, bluegrass, and hip-hop. As early as I can remember, I was always around music. My story is quite long but I’ll condense it the best I know-how. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started? “Versatile” remix of track 7 The beat and introduction is totally different, but it’s still the same good lyrics.ġ6- Firstborn Of All Creation feat.Today we’d like to introduce you to Reginald McNichols.Īlright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. It’s CY’s father talking about the First Born of all creation. “First born of all creation” featuring CY’s father this song is unusual because it’s not really a song. “Watchin U” featuring Diction and Big Toe Great intro (Watchin Uuuuuu…), a great song and chorus. “Fear no evil” The rap is a little fast, but otherwise the song is OK. ![]() Here are some song notes I wrote down: “The message” featuring Hosley this is one of my favorite songs from the album, a great beat and chorus. The album has a good length, when I played the CD I thought it was never going to finish. ![]() The CD features Hosley, Soulfruit, Diction, Big Toe, Tre 9 and CY’s Father. They are really giving us the best of Rappers out there (Mark J, Cy, Tre 9, Enock, Col Cutz). If you like MUCH LUVV Records this is an album that you cannot miss. Overall this album is really good, some banging beats and songs, and great lyrics. It’s one of those great Holy Hip Hop CDs. The more I listened to the album the more I liked it. He mostly discusses his life past, present and future.
